In 2015, I was running my own solo practice — frustrated with inconsistent patient flow. At a Demartini seminar that year, I realized something had shifted: patients were more focused on their phones than our screening booths. So I ran my first ads. My practice filled almost immediately.

Soon colleagues asked for help. When I helped a friend in Canada fill his clinic in just three weeks over Christmas, he told me: "Steve, you have to do this for other chiropractors." That was the beginning of Chiro Launch — which grew to serve over 500 practices across Australia, the US, and seven other countries.

That work became the foundation for Lifetime Value Partners, now led by Ryan Bedford (Redzheb Bahtyar). The mission remains the same: make chiropractic mainstream, and give every doctor the tools to build a profitable, predictable practice.
